About the Network

Built by an operator, for operators.

Mailbox Millions started as a private spreadsheet shared between a small group of STNL acquirers who got tired of teaching the same lessons to every first-time buyer they met. The decision to formalize it into a network came when the spreadsheet outgrew its inbox.

The thesis has not changed. Single tenant net lease real estate is one of the only ways a normal investor can build bond-like cashflow with the leverage and tax treatment of real estate. The catch is that most of the education on the internet is either wrong or written by people who have never closed a deal. We exist to fix that for our members.
